Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of 14.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.153 Rakib FIR being registered no steps have been taken by the police authorities in connection with Dankuni PS Case no. 102/2025 dated 01.04.2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the investigating officer after completion of investigation has submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional Court being Dankuni PS charge-sheet no.

129/2025 dated 12.05.2025.

Learned advocate for the private respondents is present and submits that, all the accused persons are on bail, only one of the accused person according to learned advocate against whom absconding charge-sheet has been submitted is a minor.

Be that as it may, since the investigation has already been concluded, if the petitioner has any

grievance, petitioner would invoke the relevant provisions of the Code before the jurisdictional Magistrate and pray for necessary directions. At this stage no interference is called for from this Court.

Accordingly, WPA 9836 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
