The present writ application has been filed, inter alia, praying for a direction to transfer the pending proceedings from the learned Second Industrial Tribunal to any other learned Bench, since according to the petitioner, the Learned Tribunal was not functioning.

Ms. Agarwal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that from 26th June 2023, the Learned Second Industrial Tribunal has started functioning.

Having regard to the submission made by Ms.
Agarwal, learned advocate, I am of the view that no further order is called for at this stage. It is only expected that the Learned Tribunal shall expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's application, which is pending for the last 2 years within a period of 6 months from date of communication of this order.

With the above direction and observation, the writ petition being WPA 9847 of 2023 is dispose of without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the parties on priority basis upon completion of requisite formalities.
