Mitra ....for the State C.R.A.N.3 of 2023 is an application for correcting typographical errors in the judgment and order dated May 15, 2023. Three typographical errors appearing on the face of the records are pointed out on behalf of the appellant. The word "not" be inserted between the words "does stand" in the last sentence of paragraph 36.

The word "489(b)" appearing in the last sentence of paragraph 36 be replaced with word "489B".

In sixth line of paragraph 38, the word "489B" be replaced with "489C".

Let the corrections be incorporated in the judgment and order dated May 15, 2023 by the department.

C.R.A.N.3 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.

Learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that appellant underwent the sentence in terms of the punishment imposed by the appeal Court and therefore, he should be released from custody.

No doubt the Jail Authorities will take consideration of the judgment and order dated May 15, 2023 and deal with the appellant in accordance with the law with regard to the quantum of punishment imposed.
