For the State Learned lawyer for the petitioner challenges the order dated 29.4.2022 granting bail to opposite party no. 2. He assails the order of bail on two scores. He submits gravity of the offence had not been considered and opposite party no. 2 is misusing liberty granted to him.
We have considered the materials on record including the impugned order. We note that learned magistrate considered the case diary and noted that injury is slight in nature. Hence, the order is a well-reasoned one and does not suffer from perversity.
