Party/parties is/are represented in the order of their name/names as printed above in the cause title. Mr. Sarkar, Learned Counsel appearing in support of the present Contempt Application being CPAN 409 of 2021, submits that the Order of this Court

dated 19th of March, 2021 has been now complied with by the Alleged Contemnors.

The submission of Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant in CPAN 409 of 2021 (supra) is supported by Reports of the Alleged Contemnor No. 4, the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore Police Station, Kolkata as well as of the Alleged Contemnor No. 5, the Assistant Engineer (Civil), Building Department, Borough-IX of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Mr. Ghosh, Learned Counsel appearing for the Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC), submits on instruction, that the complete demolition of the building-in-issue has been effected.

Such submission is also supported by Mr. Deb Roy, Learned Counsel appearing for the Alleged Contemnor No. 4, the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore Police Station, Kolkata and not denied by Mr. Sarkar, Learned Counsel for the Applicant in CPAN 409 of 2021.

Ms. Roy, Learned Counsel, appears for the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) pursuant to the previous direction of this Court dated 19th of May, 2022.

Photographs are also produced in Court by the Alleged Contemnor No. 4 in support of his Report.

In the above conspectus of facts, no further orders are required in the Contempt Application. The Contempt proceeding stands accordingly dropped.

CPAN 409 of 2021 stands thus disposed of.

Affidavits and photographs filed today be retained with the record.
