Mr. Dilip Kr. Saila ... for the petitioners Ms. Karabi Roy ... for the applicant Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits as follows. The applicant was made a respondent in the original writ petition.

However, due to some miscommunication with the learned counsel he was not represented. An order was passed after hearing the petitioners and the State. In the application and while making submission before this Court, it was suppressed that a civil suit was pending in respect of the property. The applicant is also a cosharer in the property and is in possession of the same. All these things were not placed before the Court while obtaining a favourable order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners submits that there is an injunction order in favour of the petitioners.

Let Opposition, if any, be filed within a fortnight from this date. Reply thereto, if any, within a week therefrom. List this matter under the heading 'Application' on 20.6.2024.
