Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that provisions of SC and ST (POA) Act have been incorporated pursuant to the present revisional application having been filed. Since the provisions of SC and ST (POA) Act refers to Section 14A of the said Act wherein an appeal is required to be preferred.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is not inclined to proceed with the present revisional application and prefer an appeal.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1581 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Department is directed to return the certified copy to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner after the same is replaced by photostat copy.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
