Petitioner is a tenant who is apprehensive regarding the act and action of the landlord as well as the adjacent land owners.

State has submitted a report which reflects that criminal cases have been initiated at the behest of both the parties.

Petitioner further submits that a direction has been passed for permanent injunction in connection with TS Case No. 166/2014.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that he is an adjacent neighbor who has also been added as a party in the writ petition.

I have considered the submissions of the respective parties. Presently the grievance of the petitioner is in respect of the threats and insecurity which the petitioner is facing at the behest of the private respondents.

In view of number of criminal cases pending and the petitioner being also a defacto complainant in at least 4 cases, petitioner would apply before the learned court in seisin of the issue for protection. Concerned Court will assess the threat perception report and pass necessary directions upon the police authorities under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 9859 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
