WPA 9423 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 3, to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30th April, 2022 and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of five weeks from date after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such order.
