Mr. Ray, learned Government Pleader by placing before this Court the order sheet dated 2nd August 2024, submits that the certificate dated 23rd November 2022 has already been executed and the certificate holders have duly been disbursed their legitimate dues.

Mr. Guha Thakurta, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner also acknowledges the same.

Having regard to the aforesaid, I am of the view that the no further order needs to be passed in the present writ petition.

In view thereof, the writ petition being WPA 10657 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
