1. Mr. Subhadeep Maitra, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for time on the ground that arguing counsel is not available.

2. The impugned order dated 04.04.2022 shows that the grievance of the petitioner was that he resides near a masjid and he is not being permitted to enter and offer prayers in the said masjid. We are of the opinion that such relief cannot be entertained in a writ application. The learned Writ Court had rightly observed that the matter is purely private in nature and no direction can be issued in a writ application. We find no reason to disturb the same. The appeal is dismissed.
