Nupur Sarkar Ms. Puja Goswami Mr. Bhaskar Banerjee ....for the petitioner In this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Barast, District-North 24-Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No.256 of 2024 expeditiously.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that June 24, 2025 has been fixed for appearance of the defendants.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage as the suit is not ready by way of appearance of the parties. With the above observations CO 1543 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
