In terms of the order dated 6th May, 2026 supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that order passed by this Court on 6th May, 2026 was communicated to the concerned police authority.

However, from the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the vehicle in question was returned to the petitioner. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 4.

No further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if no FIR is registered against respondent nos.5 & 6. 6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
