Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Earlier, warrant, proclamation and attachment were issued against the petitioners. The issuance of such order has been stayed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioners and the other accused inflicted multiple injuries on the principal victim and murdered him. Two other persons were seriously injured. He relies on the post mortem report of the principal victim and the injury reports of the other victims. He also refers to the statements of the victims and the other local witnesses, which implicate the present petitioners.

Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
