Petitioner/applicant has complied with the conditions of bail imposed upon him i.e. to remain within the jurisdiction of the Gangasagar Coastal Police Station and report to the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once in a fortnight until further orders.

Under such circumstances, condition to remain within the jurisdiction of the Gangasagar Coastal Police Station is waived. He shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of the said police station once in a month until further orders. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
