A further report of the State is also taken on record. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.4 points out that there are some inherent defects in the writ petition.

Indeed, there are certain incurable defects in the writ petition.

The writ petition be accordingly disposed of without any further order.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an
