Petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM(DB)3418 of 2024 and CRM(DB)461 of 2025.

Learned advocate for the de facto complainant and the State oppose the prayer for bail.

I have taken into account the statement of one of the injured witness under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Having considered the same, I am of the view that the petitioner be extended the same benefit as that of the other accused persons who have been granted bail, namely, Mojahid Ansari and Mohammad Ansari. As such, the petitioner, namely, Ramjan Ali @ Ramjan Ansari @ Dhajua be released on such terms and conditions as was imposed upon the

other accused persons in CRM(DB)3418 of 2024 and CRM(DB)461 of 2025.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(M)1090 of 2026 is allowed.

Report and the Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
