The petitioner as well as the opposite party no.2 has distinctly filed affidavits stating that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.

The instant revisional application was filed for quashing of the proceedings arising out of Jorasanko Police Station Case No.713 dated 22nd December, under Section 420/120B/506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated in paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed by the opposite party no.2/complainant that the dispute between the parties has amicably been settled.

The offences as alleged are compoundable in nature under Section 320 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The instant revisional application can be compounded and is allowed.

The proceedings being Jorasanko Police Station Case No.713 dated 22nd December, under Section 420/120B/506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code are quashed.

A copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
