The respondents are not represented.

On 8th June, 2015 a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court inter alia passed the following order:

"Considering the statements of the learned Advocate for the appellant, we direct the appellant to han over a duplicate key to the padlock the entrance to the building to the respondent by tomorrow (09.06.2015) in the event it has not been given to him as yet. The respondent would furnish an undertaking to this court by Wednesday next (10.06.2015) that he will ensure that he locks the gate in case he returns home after 11.00 P.M."

We dispose of the appeal and the application by confirming the order passed on 8th June, 2015. The said arrangement shall continue till the disposal of the suit. (Siddhartha Roy Chowdhury, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
