Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5.

The police authorities have filed a report, from which it appears that upon an enquiry made in the locality, the allegation of the petitioners could not be ascertained. However, the police authorities are keeping a close vigil in order to ensure that there is no breach of peace and law and order is maintained.

It further appears that an ad interim order of injunction was passed in Title Suit No.412 of 2019. The police authorities shall ensure that the order of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat is not violated by any of the parties, if the order still continues to exist.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
