The learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the appeal is arising out of an order dated 6th May, 2022 in which a limited order of injunction was passed which, however, had expired in the meantime. Moreover, the application for interim relief has been finally disposed of by the Trial Court during the pendency of the appeal.

Under such circumstances, the appeal and the application stand dismissed as infructuous.
