Petitioner contends he is in custody for 890 days. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits bail prayer of petitioner was rejected in February, 2024.

We have considered the materials on record. Delay is due to abscondence of co-accused. Noticing this fact, bail prayer of petitioner on the score of delay was turned down in February, 2024. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
