It is submitted by Mr. Tarak Karan, learned counsel for the alleged contemnors and the same confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that two constables have been posted in front of the petitioner's house.

Let police posting shall continue for a period of one month from date.

The police shall thereafter continue to maintain regular vigil on the petitioner's house.

In view of the above, CPAN 590 of 2023 shall, therefore, stand disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
