It is submitted that on the very same day that the order dated August 13, 2021 passed by this Court, Dhantala Police Station Case No.

389/2021 was registered on the same day under Sections 448/323/354B/379/427/506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the complaint filed by the petitioner.

Steps are being taken to investigate the complaint. Notice under Section 41A has been registered and the accused persons have surrendered before the concerned Court and have obtained bail.

It is expected that the aforesaid investigation is mandatorily completed within a period of 45 days from date. A copy of the final report shall be supplied by the Officer-in-Charge,

Dhantala Police Station to the counsel for petitioner.

The petitioner may take suitable steps as she may be advised against the final report.

The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Dhantala Police Station, is taken on record.

The OC Dhantala is warned against delay in registering FIR in other cases.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The personal presence of the Officer-inCharge, Dhantala Police Station is dispensed with. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
