12th June, (AK) CPAN 503 of 2018 with W.P.C.T. 116 of 2017 Bipul Kumar Biswas and others Vs.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta Ms. Dipa Acharyya Mr. Arka Nandi ...for the petitioners.
Mr. Dayashankar Mishra ...for the alleged contemnor.
Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor files a compliance report in the form of an affidavit. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the alleged contemnor has complied with the order of this court and, as such, the contempt application may be disposed of on such observation.
Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that in view of an amendment having been effected in the relevant rules in the meantime, the alleged contemnor has no impediment in complying with the order duly. Be that as it may, since the order in question has been complied with, there is no use in keeping the contempt application pending further.
Accordingly, CPAN 503 of 2028 is disposed of as infructuous without any order as to costs.
Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
