None appears on behalf of appellants. Same situation prevailed on 9th June, 2021, when following order was made:- "The second appeal tender is of year 2000. Appellants are the State.

There is outstanding the defect of copy of judgment and decree of lower appellate Court bearing discrepancy in particulars of dates regarding requisition therefor. Apart, it appears an application under Order 27 Rule 8, Code of Civil Procedure has been filed with the memo. None appears on behalf of appellants.

Let copy of this order be served on office of Government Pleader for representing to Court on adjourned date, maintainability of the application upon having removed the defect in the meantime.

In event either or both of the above are not complied, the appeal is likely to be dismissed on adjourned date.

List in monthly list of August, 2021."

Noting date 12th July, 2021 says said order was communicated. Since the defect can be removed after the appeal has been moved for admission and appellants' continued disinterest, we dismiss the appeal. SAT 2077 of 2000 is dismissed.
