Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is languishing behind bars for a considerable period of one year and nine months.

In view of the materials available, we do not find it a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner, at this stage. However, the learned Trial Court is requested to make endeavour to frame the charges at the earliest and thereafter to proceed with the trial. Accordingly, C.R.M. No.4119 of 2021 is dismissed. Copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below at once.
