JUDGMENT

1. This intra-Court appeal is directed against the order dated 14th March, 2024 in W.P.A. No.1019 of 2024.

2. After elaborately hearing the learned advocates for the parties, we are fully satisfied that the learned Single Bench taking note of the pending civil litigation and the order of status quo declined to grant the relief, sought for. No ground has been made out to interfere with the said order passed by the learned Single Bench.

3. With these above observations, appeal and the connected application (IA No. CAN 1 of 2024) stand dismissed.

4. No costs.
