Mr. Dyutiman Banerjee Mr. Vishal Mallick ...for the petitioner Mr. S. Das Mr. P. K. Banerjee ...for the Municipality The petitioner prays for a direction upon Titagarh Municipality to mutate the relevant record in his favour on the strength of a sale deed dated June 9, 2022 executed in his favour.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he made an application before the Municipality on July 8, 2022 seeking mutation of the records of the Municipality in his favour, no steps so far have been taken by the Municipality.

Learned advocate appearing for the Municipality submits that the prayer of the petitioner shall be considered by the Municipality in accordance with law.

In that view of the matter, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon Titagarh Municipality to consider the payer for mutation in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the all

concerned within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 10740 of 2024 is disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of usual legal formalities.
