1. It is submitted on behalf of the writ petitioners that he has instruction to withdraw the instant writ petition from his clients on account of some technical defects as noticed by him in the instant writ petition.

2. Learned Advocate for the writ petitioners further submits that leave be granted to the writ petitioners to file similar such application on the self-same cause of action.

3. In view of such submission, WPA 9908 of 2025 stands hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
