The petitioner is a resident of Golf Green Police Station. The petitioner was served with a notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS. The petitioner was also served with a notice from Cyber Crime Police Station, Malda in connection with Cyber PS Case No. 09 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025.

However, without going into the reasons so assigned and the nature of the complaint, I am of the view that if

the petitioner is required for the sake of investigation, he will be communicated to his available e-mail address, which the learned advocate for the petitioner will furnish to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State. The same shall also be informed to the investigating officer, who by way of e-mail sent a notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS as also fix time for appearance of the present petitioner in virtual mode.

The petitioner undertakes that he would make himself available in virtual mode within 48 hours of the notice for being interrogated.

So far as the other issues are concerned, the petitioner will be at liberty to exhaust the statutory remedies available in law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 9801 of 2025 is disposed of.

also disposed of.
