1. Heard the further argument made by the learned senior advocate Mr. Sandipan Ganguly for the petitioners.

2. It appears that the date of agreement as mentioned in the written complaint differs from the agreement which is annexed with this revisional application.

3. Accordingly, the direction is given to the learned advocate representing the opposite party to place the said agreement which was mentioned in the written complaint on the next date before this Court.
