Petitioners complain of police inaction.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, respondent no.10 claims to purchase land from other parties. The respondent nos. 10 to 16 are preventing the petitioners from cultivating the land belonging to the petitioners which the petitioners inherited.

Learned advocate appearing for the State on the basis of the written instructions submits that, the complaint was enquired into and on enquiry, the police learnt that, there are civil disputes between the private parties relating to an immovable property. The investigation are continuing.

In such circumstances, the police will conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible and submit appropriate report before the jurisdictional Court.

No further interference is called for at this stage. W.P.A. 10673 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified Website copy of this order, if applied, be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
