The writ petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated July 6, 2021. The Court is informed that, the petitioner went to the police station and that the complaint of the petitioner was registered as a First Information Report. The petitioner was requested to make a statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code today. Since the petitioner for medical reasons is unable to do so, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that, she will do so subsequently.

The State is represented.

In such circumstances, the police having taken steps as noted above, no further interference is called at this stage.

W.P.A. 10672 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
