Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners. In view of the same, the writ petition being WPA 9451 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance within one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.

The appropriate authority is requested to deal with prayers of the petitioner on merits, in accordance with law. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
