Mr. Himadri Kumar Mahata .....for the Petitioner Mr. Binay Kumar Panda, Mr. Subham Kanti Bhakat .....for the State The revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 27.2.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court at Chandannagore, Hooghly in connection with C.R. Case No.157 of 2017.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned Court was pleased to fix date on 14.5.2019. The petitioner was aggrieved of dates so fixed and was of the opinion that the case should be transferred. I have applied my mind to the contents of the revisional application, I find no substantial ground for interference by this Court.

Accordingly, CRR 1198 of 2019 is dismissed.

All pending connected application, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
