This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for relaxation of condition of bail imposed by this court while granting bail to the petitioner vide order dated 13th May, 2025.

Petitioner submits that he has complied the order but he now wants to reside with his mother, which is at Manicktala, Kolkata and accordingly, he prayed for relaxation of conditions of bail.

Having heard learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the report submitted by the State, the condition imposed vide order dated 13.5.2025 is hereby modified as follows:- "the Petitioner shall not leave the geographic limit of District- North 24 Parganas as well as the geographic area of

Kolkata Municipal Corporation without the leave of the Trial court and henceforth he will report to the Inspector-in-charge of the concerned police station once in a month in place of once in a week until further order".

The order dated 13.5.2025 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
