The West Bengal State Rural Development Agency has filed some documents which indicate that the petitioner was asked by a letter dated April 6, 2022 to deposit Rs.312/- in the treasury challan and produce copy of the receipt before the concerned authority so that the documents which have been asked for could be supplied to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to take necessary steps to pay the fees. If the fees are paid as required by the authority, the necessary information and copies prayed for under the Right to Information Act shall be supplied. The authority shall take steps for supplying the required documents in terms of the letter dated April 6, 2022, in accordance with law, within one month from receipt of the fees.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
