Mr. Md. Kutubuddin ...for the petitioner Mr. Sujit Sankar Koley ...for WBSEDCL The petitioner seeks electricity connection for his submersible pump set. It is submitted that the quotation amount issued by WBSEDCL was deposited by the petitioner on February 7, 2025.

Learned advocate appearing for WBSEDCL submits that the connection will be effected within a period of three months from date subject to compliance with all the necessary formalities by the petitioner.

Nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.
