Majhi ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record including statements of witnesses and contemporaneous document namely, seizure list prima facie disclosing recovery of 25.610 kgs of ganja which is above commercial quantity from the petitioner, we are of the opinion in view of the aforesaid facts and in the light of the statutory restrictions Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
