Vaisya Mr. Nilay Baran Mandal ......For the DPSC, Purulia From a report of the District Primary School Council (Primary Education), Purulia it appears that the school where the petitioner is working the pupilteacher ratio without para teacher is 42:1. Therefore, at this stage there is no question of transfer of the teacher i.e. the petitioner from his present school to another school.

However, he can renew his prayer when the ratio would be proper under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

With this observation, the writ application is disposed of.
