The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 16.01.2025.

It appears that the said representation is addressed to the Manager of the company and a copy sent to the Regional Commissioner (Central).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he prays for direction upon the Regional Labour Commissioner (Central)/Conciliation Officer under Section 12 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. It appears from the materials on record that no representation or prayer has been made by the petitioner before the Regional Labour Commissioner (Central) till date.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the liberty granted to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law who shall consider the prayer of the petitioner and dispose of the same in the accordance with law.

Writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court at once.
