1. Petitioner renews the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail after filing of charge sheet.
2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the police are proceeding against the petitioner only on the basis of the statement of the co-accused as will appear from the charge sheet.
3. Learned advocate for the State submits that proclamation was issued as against the petitioner.
4. She is, however, unable to rely upon the order which records that the proclamation was executed.
5. Be that as it may, learned advocate for the State, draws the attention of the Court to the earlier order of the rejection as also to the materials in the case diary.
6. While rejecting the earlier prayer for anticipatory bail, we found that there were reports of co-villagers as also statement of a commandant of Border Security Force with regard to the involvement of the petitioner.
7. It is not a case of the police proceeding on the basis of the statement of the co-accused as against the petitioner, simplicitor. Signed By :

8. We do not any change in circumstances, warranting grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
