The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the appellant has instructed Ms. Sulogna Chowdhury, Advocate-on-record to withdraw the appeal.

The letter addressed to Ms. Sulogna Chowdhury, Advocate-on-record is produced before us. It appears from the said letter that the appellant has expressed her desire not to proceed with the matter.

Under such circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
