The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The documents which have been enclosed prima facie reflect that the investigation relating to Cossipore Police Station Case No. 61 dated 11.04.2023 is in progress. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that by virtue of the present case, the accused persons are trying to grab the property of the petitioners and in order to harass them, notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been served upon them. If the petitioners are apprehending that their property is to be grabbed by initiation of the criminal case, the petitioners would be at liberty to produce the relevant papers, documents and supporting witness before the investigating agency. The investigating agency would investigate the case for unearthing the truth and should not restrict itself to the

allegations made in the letter of complaint. No interference in respect of the investigation is made at this stage. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1504 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
