1. The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated 20th June, 2025 wherein, this Court has dismissed the writ application for default for non-appearance of the petitioner when the matter was called.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his mother was seriously ill. Under such, he could not appear before this Court. Accordingly, this Court has passed the order of dismissal. He further submits that when he came to know that the matter was dismissed, immediately on 2nd July, 2025 the petitioner has filed the present application.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the application. This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner on the date fixed.

4. Accordingly, the order dated 20th June, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 10715 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Let the matter appear on 7th January, 2026 under the heading "New Motion".
