As the appellant does not want to proceed with the appeal, the appeal may be dismissed for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. The appellant is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount of money with interest thereon from the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta.
