In view of the innocuous nature of the order proposed to be passed, no prior service of notice on the opposite party is deemed necessary.

C. O. No. 1196 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Civil Judge(Junior Division), First Court at Srirampore, District- Hooghly, to dispose of the interlocutory applications pending in the said court in connection with Title Execution Case No. 2 of 2020 within one month from the date of communication of this order to the court below and thereafter to endeavour to dispose of the Execution Case itself at the earliest, preferably within a further period of two months from the disposal of the interlocutory applications.

The petitioners shall serve a notice along with server copy of this order on the trial court as

well as on the opposite party and/or the learned advocate appearing for the opposite party in the court below within a week from date.

The parties as well as the court below shall act on the communication of the learned advocate for the petitioners and/or server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
