The grievance of the petitioner has been met. The police authorities, upon enquiry, have filed a report on May 25, 2022 before the learned Executive Magistrate, Bauipur, South 24parganas. The copy of the report along the report for prosecution under Sections 107/116(C) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has also been filed before this Court and the same is taken on record. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
