By consent of the parties, the order dated August 5, 2021 is corrected as follows:

The word Tirupati Commodities Private Limited appearing in the body of the order be replaced with the words "Tirupati Commodities Impex Private Limited". Let such correction be incorporated in the order dated August 5, 2021. Other portions of the order dated August 5, 2021 will remain the same.

Learned advocate appearing for the Registrar of Companies submits that the marking "under liquidation;" no longer appears as against the name of the petitioner no.1 in the records of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.

In such circumstances, since the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, is no longer treating the

petitioner no.1 to be "under liquidation", further interference by the writ court is not called for. W.P.A.10690 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
